I am dairy free and my favourite breakfast is 15g chia seeds, 100mls of soya milk and then some fruity flavoured dairy free yoghurt and frozen berries. I make jars for each morning of the week so ready to grab and go and they come in at less then 250cals.

Same here! I’ve got 80lbs to lose (have lost 20, so 60 left) and am 40. Poor family health and trying to provide myself with the best possible future. Please all add me for an accountability friend. I need as much help as possible to stay motivated at the moment 😀

Feel free to add me any of you guys. I lost 20lbs in march/april then hit a standstill may/june. Gave in to my old demons, stopped going to the gym and have been eating crap. Back to it again now though - keep reminding myself that it is a long game and a lifestyle change.x
