(Hopefully) a useful tip: if you don't like bread crusts, grate them up and dry them, it's a really cheap way to get breadcrumbs.

It's easy to lose perspective when calorie counting if you overthink it. So try thinking about it another way: Bananas are around 120 calories. Are you really going to let 4/5 of a banana dictate how you feel about yourself today? :smile:
