No one has mentioned the pickles! Love their pickles, the pre-cut veggies and fruit, cauliflower rice, nut selection and baking section. I don't understand how people can do the majority of their shopping there though, both for the cost and the selection. Trader Joe's is small. I feel like it's more wine than grocery.

I agree with the others that suggested to let them know you are anxious. It's very common to be nervous, they should have options to help you. I had one on my brain; luckily I was able to relax and doze while I was in the tube.

I put it on popcorn, on vegetables, in soup. I love it

No, it helps you keep a consistent calorie deficit and allows you to eat more on designated days. It doesn't help any more than eating the same amount of calories each day. Weekly, monthly and beyond it averages out the same. It will "help" with weight loss if it keeps you from negating your deficit by "cheating" one day a…

I came in here hoping that's what this thread was

Congratulations! I'm at 118 lost, so I'm two pounds behind you!
-
Oh, I ate some yesterday

I have been intermittently fasting for months and have.seen no issues whatsoever. My fasting window is even slightly longer, 17 to 18 hours each day. My periods have always been fairly regular and with birth control almost down to the minute.

Will you get diabetes from eating fifteen chocolates? Are you expecting to wake up tomorrow a diabetic? Just relax

#1. Why? #3. Why? #5. Why?

If you're losing 1/2 a pound a week now with a 250 calorie a day deficit and plan to increase your calories by 400 per day you would put yourself in a 150 calorie per day surplus. Mathematically speaking, you'd gain weight doing that, albeit slowly.

I just ate 180 calories worth of Brussel sprouts. That's not "almost no calories". I consume anywhere from 120 to 300 calories in vegetables at each meal. Factor in the fruit I eat, that's another 100+ calories a day. By your count, that's 500+ calories a day I "don't need to log".
-
I just buy the no salt added canned vegetables should I need some vegetables of the canned persuasion. That did nothing to answer your question but I felt compelled to contribute.
-
I only log what I put in my coffee, not the coffee itself. I never log tea as I drink it unsweetened, hot or iced.

Maybe reflux, comfort or sleep disruption. I eat right before bed every night. I have dinner late and popcorn after dinner. That's my preference just as not eating after 7pm may be someone else's.

Mixed with Dawn dish soap it is the absolute best way to get rid of fruit flies. Also makes a good facial toner.
-
Unfortunately not. It just means you're sweaty

Read this Then read this again 2 pounds a week, for you, is not sustainable or feasible.

I wouldn't say I'm necessarily squishy-er but I'm definitely lumpy-er. Maybe a little more squishy. But I find it more amusing than disheartening so I don't have much value to add. :)

I eat some version for lunch more often than not. I buy Lean Cuisine, Michelina's, Healthy Choice Steamers and Smart Ones. I add one bag of frozen steam-able vegetables and I'm good to go with a lunch under 400 calories. It works for me. I like them, I enjoy eating them and being able to try so many different varieties.…

I'm 5'10", 280 pounds (started at 397 02/01/16) and 28 years old. I eat up to my calorie goal of 1640 (2lbs per week loss) nearly every day. I could take another 500 off pretty easily. I imagine I'd 'feel' fine. But my feelings can't really be trusted as accurate considering they led me to weighing 400 pounds.
-
Right, but why? If you don't post it, people can't comment on it.
-
I've lost 117 pounds since February. My diary is open and I'm happy to have new friends
-
Why are you posting what you eat on Facebook?
-
I'm 28, 5'10", 279 pounds and eat 1640 calories a day to lose two pounds a week. I am sedentary by definition so that's what I have mine set to. It's been quite accurate for me. Give it some more time and be as accurate as you can.

I will weigh myself and track it every single day for months and months. Then I'll go a few weeks hardly weighing at all. I stop myself when I start to feel too obsessive. But the longer I do this the more it's become a habit, just something I do every day, like brushing my teeth. Get up, use restroom, get on scale, brush…

I don't worry about either

I am also in a relationship with someone who has no need to count calories. I gained a lot of weight when we first started seeing each other because we work together and went out for lunch together almost every day. It was after we stopped working together that I was able to buckle down and focus on my eating and changing…

I'm 5'10", currently 284, started at 397. My goal weight is 165-175, so just under the healthy range. I have never weighed less than 275 as an adult (and that was for a very brief time) and have been 300+ since high school. I have no idea how I will feel or look once I reach that goal so I may reassess.

I bought two size 14 dresses today that fit well to slightly loose. I am 5'10" and 284 pounds. I am clearly NOT a size 14. I wear a size 18 pants in most brands.
