Yes, it fills up a whole Glad tupperware bowl. A 30g serving of regular potato chips would barely cover the bottom. And I love the taste. I ate them long before I started losing weight over potato chips.

I'm thinking now that I might have to stop by Whole Foods on my way home and grab a pint of Halo Top or Arctic Zero...
-
Veggie straws or veggies chips. Huge portion for 30g

The Banzai burger with fries at Red Robin is over my maintenance! In one meal! But worth it occasionally.
-
Have you found a flavor that isn't vile? I can usually make my way through anything (especially if it costs $6) but the Wink went in the trash.

Halo Top is awesome. I much prefer it to regular ice cream. I also really like Arctic Zero but it's not 'ice cream'. Do not try Wink. Disgusting

Avocado, nuts and fatty meat. Mmmm

I have two 4 quart slow cookers, one Crock-Pot, one Hamilton Beach. It is PERFECT for me. I live alone but meal prep every week. I can also fit a whole chicken in it. Or ten baked potatoes. I have two so I can meal prep my lunches and dinners at the same time on Sundays. The Crock-Pot liners are a MUST. They make clean up…

I am still actively losing but I alternate between logging and not logging. It's important for me to learn how to eat to lose and to maintain without logging so that when I reach maintenance I will be better prepared. I successfully maintained my weight from Thanksgiving through Christmas without logging. I successfully…

Very cool!

I might do that just for fun. I like little challenges

I agree and I'm in Columbus, OH. Aldi is, generally speaking, about 50% cheaper than Kroger, even more so than Giant Eagle.

I only see my parents a few times a year but I'm lucky that they are very supportive. When I visit them I eat the food my mom prepares, as is. My mom will make comments about what I "can" or "can't" have. She's not doing it to be snide or rude, she just doesn't know. I always respond the same. "I can eat whatever I want"…

The serving size of Girl Scout Cookies for me is as follows: Samoas - 1 box. Thin Mints - 1 sleeve

Yes, it does. The onions are always moldy within a day. Same with tomatoes. That's true. If I'm shopping only at Aldi I work off a limited menu. It's possible but limiting. I wish they were bigger

Log them, they happened

Thank you for sharing. I've thought about trying one of these services as I live alone and could stretch the food for a few meals. But the wastefulness part you mention bothers me. That alone may keep me from trying it

I love the industry I work in - automotive. I like my job as a service manager at a car dealership but it's not nearly challenging enough.
-
Me either. I don't want a serving size, I want the whole bag. They are a food I cannot moderate therefore do not buy.
-
Mint chip is my favorite but I haven't tried all the new flavors. On the cost front, if you have a Kroger that carries it it's $2 cheaper a pint than Whole Foods and they put it on sale frequently

It's not a mistake to weigh chicken raw as long as you use an appropriate raw entry from the database. It's generally considered far more accurate than weighing cooked

I've lost 137 pounds and have about 90 to go

Sunday, January 29th = 610 calories Edit: there's also only breakfast and lunch logged that day

I find absolutely no value whatsoever in Earth Fare. The prices are high, the selection isn't great.

Peaches and papaya!

A quick little Google led me to this.. https://blog.bulletproof.com/start-the-bulletproof-diet/ Looks like paleo. Nothing earth shattering. I found this little nugget in the "Key Points"... Do not count calories in an attempt to lose weight. Eat until satiety and then stop.

A bag of shredded cabbage sauted with some soy sauce

All I know is don't eat popcorn

Another vote for cashew milk. I like the taste best out of almond, cashew and coconut milks
