I've never seen my dog lift weights but she is ripped. Then again, I don't know what she does when I'm not home

Be kind to yourself

If you don't talk about it the amount of unsolicited advice you receive will be much less. If you do talk about it, be prepared to get different advice from anyone and everyone.

Me too. I can barely walk to the car when I'm sick, let alone try to work out. I almost passed out leaving a voicemail today. It required more oxygen than I was capable of producing :/

I'm doing Whole30 this month but let me be very frank - I think the whole thing is woohoo. I'm doing it for shiz and giggles. For the challenge. To be honest again though, I'm not finding it challenging at all. It's actually kind of taking the fun out of it. It's just... Easy. My diet was already filled with whole foods,…

Trend? What?

Same but only in the summer. I love it for that

That's my question. Are you talking about the bagged salads you buy at the grocery store? Most of them are around 450 calories for the whole bag. That's not just dressing and greens, it's everything else too. I find them to be extremely satisfying though so 450 calories for me is well worth it.

That's what I thought. I love bread but oh my

Thank you! You can do it too. It doesn't have to be 100 pounds in six months. You lost 41 pounds last year, that's awesome! It all helps. That first six months I never, ever let up. All I wanted was to get that 100 off. Since then my loss has naturally slowed, I took a couple diet breaks and I relaxed over the holidays. I…

I started in a similar situation: 28 years old, 5'10"and 397 pounds. When your weight is higher, you can sustain a larger deficit than MFP allows (max 2 pounds). My doctor was perfectly fine with a 3 to 4 pound a week deficit in the beginning. I agreed with her thinking- it won't last, so take advantage of it while you can…

Always happy to share my boo!

I lost 130 pounds in about 10 months in 2016. I maintained that loss the last month of the year and will resume my weight loss this month now the holidays and travel are over. My goal for 2017 is to focus on strength and strength training, to shift my mindset from solely weight loss to overall health and fitness.

No. I don't care what other people eat. I'm not very "supportive"

I have a 95 pound, 3 year old rottweiler named Sheba. She's my boo

Never used one. Don't plan on it

130 pounds in 10 months. I wouldn't recommend my starting weight though :#

I read this: Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive…

My dog has a hundred pet names. But she's, you know, a pet. I rarely call her by her real name. She knows it's serious if I do. My significant other has one name, his.

Good luck!

Don't try to find one

Yeah, I planned on just being regular ol Alyssa

I find this question very interesting when it's posed. There's no set number where people start to notice; every person is different, every person loses weight differently. I often wonder too, how long before someone says anything do they notice. I have lost 130 pounds; it's quite noticeable. I have gone down 6 pants…
