  • Stitches come out Thursday. Going to start back kinda slow and easy to work myself back into a routine.
  • Had a Procedure done yesterday. So no workouts until I go back for stitch removal on the 12th. Need you all to do an extra rep for me until then. 😁

  • Well, didn't hit my 6 mile run yesterday. Only got 3 done since my hamstring started hurting around mile 1. So today is a rest day. Going to do some stretching and foam rolling. Will try to run on it again Thursday and see how it feels.
