Veggie chili in the crock pot. Start it in the morning and get it when you get off work. Flat-out flatbread pizza w/ sauce, fat free mozz, and any toppings you want. Sautéed tofu and veggies. Veggie burger on wheat bun. And etc.....

Some good answers in here. Just remember this, keep your body confused when training. When you first begin DOMS will be an issue. Alternate your training, to compensate. And most importantly, your diet is 90% of the battle.

Yes, always gas up at busy exits and preferably in the suburban areas. No back wood or inner city exits if you can help it. And always keep the tank above 1/2 or 1/4 at the lowest.
