Random question but I’m just now getting serious about counting all my calories and even logged after I ate an entire pizza but where does it show your calorie deficit-is that the same as calories remaining?

Night nurse here looking to go to day shift as per my Dr’s request-it’s hard to keep a normal eating/exercise schedule for me so I can use all the support I can get-friend me!

My goal yesterday was to log everything I ate✅ It wasn’t pretty but I did it. Goal for today: log everything again and get a HIIT workout in even if it’s a 5 minute one on YouTube!

I’m in! I’ve lost around 80 pounds (after foot injury/surgery) but still want to try for at least another 40 this year. My goal for today is to log all my food.

I am at about 270 now-296 was my highest several years ago but now I am determined to lose since I had a bolt/rebar go through my flip flop and into the muscle of my foot-I’ve had a lot of pain but I do realize the injury was made worse because of my weight-every time I’m tempted to cheat I can think back on all the pain…

I have the same goals-having issues with staying motivated and on the right path. I tend to have trouble logging all my meals-sometimes I feel like it's so overwhelming to track every little thing but I have had success logging in the past-just needing some friends to keep me accountable-feel free to add me! I too am a shortie at 4'10" and needing to lose at least 120 pounds and dealing with hypothyroidism and PCOS and some other issues as well-I feel like if I could get my weight under control, all these problems would resolve or at least improve.
