OK so I could not go a day without working out so I youtubed level one and two and wrote down the moves bout to go get em done... so level 1 day 6 and level 2 day 5... bout to be done!

Do you have a good friend or someone that is motivating you through ur journey that you can give your scale to for lets say a week or two and slowly increase the time you let them "borrow" your scale? right now I am also in the "OMG what does the scale say" mode but I am also just starting out and have a long way to go =)…

ok I just finished day 5 level 1 you posted this b4 i posted that i had finished it though, but on level 2 tonight will be the 4th time i have done it sorry for the confusion I believe i posted D5 level 2 instead of D4 L2 so thats my bad think i might do level 2 twice tonight to catch my numbers up =)

oh my goodness thats seriously funny I just have a boxer pup she dnt weigh much but is very playful we found her and all she wanted to do at first was sleep n eat but now that she is kinda used to us she just wants to play and eat

I have done level one twice and level two twice... I am doing level one in the morning and level two at night

I have actually been doing level one for a while waiting on the 17th to get here lol so it is not so bad for me... but the plank jacks kill me well the plank anything kills me! (i have plates and screws in my wrist from a previous break)

ok shredders I did level one this afternoon and about 3 min ago I did level two... ahhhhhhhh!!!!! plank jacks= evil! im sure there is no substitution for them but they are hard to do with plates and screws in my wrist! (previously broke it) but yea i think ima drink some water n give my pillow some head =) night fellow…

same exact think happened to me. b4 MFP i only ate one meal and that was usually around lunch time then when i started logging my food and making myself eat i became hungrier and hungrier. now i have got myself eating breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, supper, and a snack not big meals for any of them but i am full usually…

usually i hit the elliptical for 30 min then hit the weights... i secretly love to go alone because when i take people with me they usually want to talk.... i just want to work my booty off be outta breath and not say a word =)
