Usually I stop myself at about 1250 cals or there about... should i eat more or just leave it there? i have my eating set up where i have breakfast at 8, a snack at 10, lunch at 12, snack @ 2, dinner @ 4, and then snack @6 I try to not eat past 6 but im not perfect and usually dnt get last snack till 7 or i just skip it…
