What's your normal routine at the gym, or working out in general?
Do you prefer going alone, or with other people?

    usually i hit the elliptical for 30 min then hit the weights... i secretly love to go alone because when i take people with me they usually want to talk.... i just want to work my booty off be outta breath and not say a word =)

    I either hit the eliptical for 30 min or treadmill for 45 usually. Or I'll do a class, either spin or pump. I freaking hate doing weights at the gym, the only way is if I do a pump class, free weights bore the crap out of me.

    I prefer to go alone too - I get too distracted when there are other people with me and I don't put in as much effort as I should be. I like to turn the music up and zone out for some 'me time'.

    I work out at home, but it's a combo of cardio and weights - usually a Jillian Michaels DVD but also Ellen Barret and Keli Roberts. I do 30min of this at home, and 5 days a week I also put on a 30lb backpack and do about 30min of walking that include loads of stairs.
