I love seeing posts like this. Great job everyone! I recently hit half way in my pregnancy and hit my goal of 8lbs at half way. This may seem small but for someone who had abs before pregnancy this was a huge deal for me. Still can't tell I'm pregnant yet

I always tell my followers that it's 80% diet 20% Exercise. You have to eat clean. If you eat clean you see major result in a short amount of time this way. You can't eat bad and expect to see gains. I always provide my followers with a helpful guide to eating based on their goals and desires.

I have to ask the most simple question. Are you squeezing? Squeezing is a must. When you start to feel the burn you should always keep going 30 seconds longer while squeezing to see results. I would love to know what your exact goals are?

Well cityruss, this method had been proven to show results where as trainers have not. Also, there is no harm to health with neoprene. Many athletes use this material as well. A neoprene Workout belt would have been a better choice. You wear it while walking, running, working out and or weight lifting. Remove when not working out. It will help you loose fat in the abdominal area and get you on your way to those abs
