This isn't quite something I personally did today, but a result of my last 45 days of work.
I got hit on at the store this morning. That hasn't happened in probably two years. I've lost 20 pounds so I assume that has something to do with it, haha. Maybe its becoming more noticeable to others, and that is only motivation for me to keep working at it!

I beat my fastest pace for my morning run, for the third time in a row!!

And by doing so, I'm putting all of those "extra" weekend calories to good use :) Yay for chocolate!!

I love seeing posts like this. Great job everyone!

I recently hit half way in my pregnancy and hit my goal of 8lbs at half way.
This may seem small but for someone who had abs before pregnancy this was a huge deal for me.
Still can't tell I'm pregnant yet

Even though I was sore from the land nav and ruck march I did with my unit this weekend, I still made it to the gym this morning for my workout.

Well I usually get up an hour early to exercise, but this morning my body was not feeling it. I got back in the bed and slept for an hour. I am feeling guilty, but I will make it up when I get home. I am proud that I did not push myself when my body was saying you need to rest.

I went for a quick run (starting the C25k) at lunch, and still went to my boxing group class after work. :)

Went to the doc today, Blood pressure 137/72 not alarmingly high, my total cholesterol is 3.5 which she was happy about, so as a lady that is 53, and not on any medicines whatsoever I am mentally doing a happy dance!

Last night I came home after spending six painful hours in the Peds ER with my 2yo (stitches), got all my cranky hungry kiddos fed and in bed by myself and portioned out 1.5 servings of chips, my desired amount of guacamole, and one beer...instead of the entire bag, a tub of guac, and two beers that I wanted.

This thread is a great idea. You all are doing great! I
    1. Stopped at 4 Red Velvet Oreos at lunchtime (all I had calories for)
    2. Had a choice between sf whipped cream on my strawberries at dinner or an ounce of ff mozzarella cheese on my ravioli. In days gone by I would have opted for the whipped cream, but in this case I went for the cheese.

    Baby steps.

This is almost impossible to do. For that, you deserve a special reward.

I very nearly kept sodium under goal. I really struggle with sodium, even though I never actively add salt to anything but scrambled eggs.

Didn't eat the cookies in the fridge, and stayed within my calorie goal for the day.

Instead of sitting in the car, I walked around the building and parking lots while my dad was at a doctor's appointment. I got in 1.4 miles, despite feeling so tired. I'm trying to motivate myself to get in my regular 4 miles now.
