I assumed they're not in deficit as I had no reason to think otherwise. But yes, you are right.

Never used to use any, including the "classics" (salt, pepper). I've been using tabasco, ground garlic and basil, oregano for the past year and I'm not likely to give them up.

If you do a lot of strength training, you could be gaining muscle mass as you're losing fat, which isn't as dense. Did you notice any changes appart from weight (firmness, shape, etc)?
