Same here - new or at least new again. Lost 60 on WW 3 years ago and have 20 back on. I am 53 and feel the pain of peri menopause as well!

Weight Watchers worked for me a few years ago. I dropped 60lbs on it. Then they changed the program and I just couldn't get into it. Now I am calorie counting and it seems to be working too. Basically the same thing - less food in and more moving does the trick.

Love her videos!! I lost 60 lbs with the help of her videos. I just purchased the Miracle Miles but haven't got to use them yet. I agree that it isn't just walking. I noticed a big difference in the tone of my arms too.

I had people ask me if I was sick after losing 60+lbs. Sometimes they ask out of real concern, other times it is jealousy. I will say that my close friends and family were very supportive. I say ignore the stuff that makes you feel bad and enjoy the compliments!

I lost 60 and have put back on 20. I started seriously counting calories Monday. I want to see it come off fast but I know that is not reality. Breathe and move forward! You can do this!!

I just posted this on another thread but I wasn't tracking everything either and not losing. I decided to look a little closer at my "extras". Coffee creamer at night (I drink it black in the am) was 50 calories I wasn't counting. I would grab a few life savers through the day at work - 60 calories for 4. That's 100…

I agree with ditching the weekly cheat meals if you want to consistently lose. Also if you can't log it in MFP right away put it down on paper. I have been doing the same thing, down one week up the next. I was telling myself I was logging everything and then I started really looking. The coffee creamer that I skipped…
