If you complete the challenge that is great. It looks like you will. 72lb is amazing. It was never a competition, just a place to record progress.

@ ready and willing I am only 11 days back on track after months off the rails. I am finding it much less stressful than I ever have before so far. My stress levels are low around the food because unlike every other time, this time I am not thinking about the number on bathroom scale. I decided to bin bathroom scale so it…

Personally my mind body connection has got some wires crossed and circuits missing when it comes to listening to my body for hunger and fullness signals. I will always under and over eat if try to listen to my body. Weighing and measuring my food is the only way I can treat my body with the respect it deserves. At least…

38 but I do sometimes have a couple of weeks here and there when the craving stops, normally during bipolar hypomanic phases.

Hi Shay. I am 35 and 324lb and losing the will to live. I have to get to a healthy size. I am in UK but am highly motivated.

I stayed on track within my personal goals today :)

I just resurfaced after bipolar wrecked my summer. Getting help is so difficult. I am also on a lithium quetiapine combo. I was put on lithium in May 800mg. It made me feel sick and I drastically reduced my food intake and lost 20lb really fast but then the sick feeling stopped and I lost the ability to feel anything other…

I stayed on track today, not magically slim yet but I feel good for eating healthy. :)

Hello neurotic virgo, a neurotic taurus here. I have over 150lb to lose. lost it all twice and found it again. Heres hoping the lesson has sunk in for me this time. I need to consistently eat healthy every day.

I have 11 stone to lose. Lost it twice and found it again both times. You would think losing an entire person would be a one off achievement but even after doing it twice I did not learn my lesson. Back again :)

I lost weight when i was in the 12 step food addicts in recovery anon group and I gained it all back when I left. Returning to the group is not an option for me either. I also have done all sorts of food plans and exercise regimes. What is apparent for myself is the difference between my efforts outside of that group and…

I would use a food scale again for a while at least just to make sure portions are what you think they are. Other than that i would consult a doctor just to exclude a thyroid problem or something like that.

I also identify as processed sugar/ junk food addict. I have been in 12step anonymouse food addiction group and know from them that people 5lb or 300lb away from where they want to be can be severely distressed and have very similar body image issues. It takes a lot of resolve to get it under control. I have seen people do…

I am in uk. Just jumped back on wagon last week after running wild all summer there is a UK group on here http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/150-team-uk

I have had a bad summer and been missing in action a while. Back on wagon now. Got a realistic food plan that I taylor made for myself. What I am changing this time around though is I am weighing the food and not myself. I do not need a scale to tell me I am fat or less fat. My eyes and clothes can tell me that. The…

My goal this week is to stick to my food plan , stay within my healthy boundaries and feel good about myself for doing so. Today I have achieved that goal.
-
My usual daily accountability group seems to have become inactive during my time off the wagon so I am up for joining this one. I am following a healthy for me food plan and I will be weighing my food not myself because bathroom scales make me insane. i am morbidly obese and aiming to become healthy sized. I will judge…
