  • I have completed 1 month of no binges and lost 27lb , most of that was fluid were my guts were so swollen and inflamed from eating grains even though I can not digest grains. Feel so much better without all that painful bloating and fluid retention.

  • Not an INTJ but close , I am an INFJ introvert. I can deal with people in short bursts with prior warning but always need plenty of recovery time after.
