  • Sorry, I have been missing. I spent a few weeks in bipolar depression hell and ceased functioning,stayed in bed and ate ready meals and gained 10lb one week going back up to 237 lb, been improved this past week and lost 4 lb,now 233lb.

  • My heals get sore with walking. I find gel heal socks help for sore skin. I get them in packs from amazon , they just cover the heal part and wear them under my regular socks. Also used gel heal shoe inserts before when had heal spurs which is deeper issue inside heal.

  • Lots of activity,well done. The temperature in my bit of England has been 20-25 c which is in the 70's F. Yesterday I went out for a shorter walk around garden, very pretty still. Not a particularly healthy food day but not as bad as could have been either.

  • Well done on all the gardening, The fake leaves do a good job filling in that gap. Sounds like a productive day. I lost 1.5 lb this week which is not bad considering my walks were reduced by sore ankle. I was able to go for a nice long walk over the hills today though.

  • I twisted my ankle last Saturday and have been resting it this week. It has not been hurting today so I plan to go for a longer walk tomorrow. I miss my walks when not able to do them.

  • Yesterday I walked 14'338 steps, today so far I have walked 26'882 steps. Food has been good and in a deficit both days. I love all the pictures. Here are a couple from my walk abouts today. My friend and I went out and walked around two different gardens.

  • Today I focused on maintaining a calorie deficit even though was out for day and had meals out with friend. I walked 17'420 steps and was still in a deficit so all good.
