I'm in the same boat as you. Day 10 and 10lbs gone. I'm so excited and happy with these results, and I'm LOVING low carb! I keep my carbs at 20 grams per day, calories anywhere from 1700-2200. I say enjoy it while it lasts, because it won't last forever.

Ok I went to Mcdonald's for the first time since I started this journey. My plan was to order 2 mcdoubles w/o the ketchup and throw away the bun...and I did exactly that; and wasn't tempted at all. I feel good about that.
