It goes away but I'd completely avoid the scale during that week as it will decrease your motivation if you see yourself at a couple lbs higher than normal

100 calorie Emerald almond packs and light & fit 80 calorie greek yogurt is what i eat. A lot of people recommend rice cakes but i cant have those since the carbs make me want to eat the whole bag. 1200 is quite low maybe you are eating too much sugar / carbs and that's what is making you hungrier?

When my yoga pants started getting tight and my mid section started feeling more round.. smh I would sweat while walking up the stairs... shouldn't get winded from that. Ever since I started losing weight I've been feeling better and looking better

They told me to only put cream cheese on one side of a bagel but I think she should have just told me to cut out bagels entirely because I end up wanting more than one or one with something else.

I figure since it's a holiday theres no reason to stop your life because you are trying to change your lifestyle. However you can have as much as you want, consider it a maintenance day and maybe go work out after. That's what I'm doing, not going to deprive myself :smile:

I just got the fitbit HR kind of confused on how I will use it but I synced it up with myfitnesspal so that's good

I have yet to take a class. What about zumba? Does that burn a lot of calories?

I also swim on 'easier days'. I guess that has some effect on weight loss even if you are losing a bit less. I'm kind of scared to do squats, as bad as that sounds, I don't want to pull something.

I use a food scale since i am a bit ocd about my calorie intake. How much calories did you reduce every 5 days? I never heard of that strategy.

I have but not sure how to start a routine, if I did it was like 1 set and 20 reps...
