Wow! Sounds like some pretty good goals and working too :) that's awesome....I felt guilty today because I didn't get a full workout in except for a lot of squats, I got really busy with some things and lost a really good friend of mine last night :( so I was feeling down all day. I've done it before, and yes you will definitely burn lots not lots of calories during lol. I liked it, it's fun, it's not for everyone but if you like a good hard workout in your own home it's great. Lol when I first tried it out I thought the warm up was a workout

Thanks so much. Yes maybe I need some vitamins for it because I haven't been taking any kind of supplement, that could be the reason. Probably missing out and not getting enough in my diet. Thanks for the advice you guys :)
