I am going in with you on the 100 day challenge. My birthday is November 23rd so that will be great for me to do as well. Recently I have been all over the place with my eating and I haven't had the courage to step on the scale but I am going to do that and move forward. 100 days - here we come!

Sounds like you are doing well. I promise, it does gets easier. Sometimes now, I have to remind myself to eat. I have NEVER EVER EVER had to do that in the past or with other ways of eating.

You are doing great with your weight loss. To me, one of the main reasons I feel it is successful is because I don't view it as a diet. I just delay my eating! KUTGW!

Glad you are doing well. Oh yeah the little "she devil" Hate Hate her :). I agree - the longer I go without food, the better I feel. I also only weigh once a week, I would not be able to do it more than that since weight changes. My weigh-in day is either Friday or Saturday. Bet of luck with yours....

Totally agree - the videos are a huge help especially when getting started. Even being along in the journey I have re-watched them just as reminders to myself. I totally have days when I eat more than other days. I think that is just part of the cycle. I agree with @EstrangedTiger try to slow down as you eat, and see if that helps. I find that if I am truly hungry I will tend to eat faster, and I have really been working on slowing down, it doesn't always work, but it is…
