Very much appreciated. I just check my BMR and its 1501, according to that forum that Ive read my TDEE is 2206 x 20= 441, 2206-441 is 1765, thats should be my daily cal intake. Now I have to figure out how to do the eating without being guilty. Can I just have heavy meals in the morning and at lunch and just milk, yogur or…

Emotionaly, I feel guilty when I eat too much. Physically, I feel lighter when I dont eat too much and can move faster.. So Im just kinda like "stick to the plan" Do you have any meal ideas or snacks? Thankyou.

I dont know. Maybe I got used to it. I still managed to do it everyday, except on weekends.

Yes. One time I had chicken soup but that was just one time I feel better with just a glass of milk. Is it bad?
