  • @tlflag1620 Going by my log, it looks like I average about 83g of fat and 77g of protien a day. I just recently got to where I get 1000-1200 calories a day. I was only eating 800 calories a day, and I know thats not healthy, but I wasn't hungry and stayed full. The last two weeks I have been trying to make sure what I cook…
