I love the nutrition challenge. I have been in a rut for weeks. Today is easy for me celery, romaine, and banana peppers. My goal for the fitness challenge is to get to at least a 3 minute plank.

Your lunch sounds great! Good Luck! My plans are: Day 1 of challenge - strength training and cardio at least 30 minutes. No food after 8pm. This should be easy tonight. If I get a craving I am just going to satisfy it before then. Instead of fighting it and eating way over my calorie goal and time.

I am going to do the nutrition challenge with no eating after 8p.m. Sunday, Tuesday, and Fridays. The rest if the week no eating after 10p.m. I will do the other one too.

10,660 for March 31st. This has been a good challenge for me. I have gotten my rest day totals up and have decreased my rest days from 3 days to 2 days a week. See every one in the April challenge.

This next week I will be doing both challenges again. I am going to be changing the nutrition times a little though. I have FAILED it this week. It's too busy at work and I am starved when business dies. At least I have been making better choices when I do get to eat on the run.
