I would like to do both challenges. Is there anyway that I could have two times for the nutrition challenge? The four nights that I work at night job I am serving dinner to people instead of having dinner and usually don't get a chance to eat anything until way after when I would normally eat. I thought something like 8pm…

Failed yesterday miserably. I was tied to the desk at my day job until just before time to go to my night job. In the past that would normally stop ot. But today I will do yesterday's 155 and maybe some of today's 160 or just out yesterday as my day of rest.

I like the idea of challenges but with my busy schedule please don't make them be anything that has to be done at a gym. I don't have the time to make it there. I do have a dual action exercise bike at home.

No hills but I walked up stairs a few times and had over 14,000 steps

I am thinking about investing in an activity tracker. I can come up with the calories that I burn on my exercise bike and walking that are pretty accurate. But I would like to have a better count for when I am using my dvds and when I am at my night job. I am a server and kind of use parts of my job as a gym.

Both of my jobs for the most part have flexible schedules. I am starting to get behind with things since I started tracking and planning everything that I eat and excersing. But I do believe that it will be worth it in the long run.

Hi Everyone! I am Margie, 51 yrs. old, two kids, and work two jobs. I am a stress/emotional eater. Also, hopefully on the backside of menopause. Chocolate WAS a food group for years in my life. My "25th" birthday is coming up in May and I would like to be a lot closer to my first 25th birthday weight.
