Hello, I haven't been using this app very long but it has really helped me realize what I consume in a day. I've been doing this for about two weeks and I've lost three pounds. I wish you well on your weight loss journey! Hope the app helps!

I've seen quite a few diets that say to take a day off during the week because when you cut yourself off completely from something your more likely to quit "dieting" and return to your old eating habits. & that I can understand.

My calorie goal is 1790. I've never really paid attention to carbs before but this app says I shouldn't go over 224 carbs. I've only been trying to lose weight for about a week now but a few of the days I have taken in 230 carbs.. I really only want to lose about 10 pounds. Thank you for the advice guys!

I'm not currently either of these but I am enrolled in a Human Services AODA program. I am about half way through my associates degree and want to continue to get a bachelor's. I just need to figure out what bachelor's degree I should get!
