My overall goal is to loose about 200 lbs as well. I've been going strong since February and I'm down 45 lbs so far. I log daily and I'm always down to chat and motivate. Please feel free to add me if you want a little extra support

Had one day where I said screw it and went over by 400 with the excuse I was having a day out with my significant other and donated blood but every other day I've stayed just below 1500

I recently joined a gym myself. I work a late swing so I don't get home until 3 am and going for a walk outside wasn't a smart idea. I chose a 24/7 gym with a pool. I needed the hours to work with me and the pool is a huge added bonus. I've found that people stare just as much on the street and they keep to themselves just…

Just under goal I'm feeling defeated more or less because that's my biggest cheat and I'm still in a plateau. For about a month now I've stayed the same. I increased exercise, decreased calories, bumped up my calories in case I went too low. I'm eating 1500 a day Wichita has been good for a while and it just stopped

Only about 15 min on the treadmill after a quick light basketball game. Then some weight lifting

Went over by 25 yesterday and will come just 4 shy of my goal today. Not bad calorie wise but it was a TON of junk food
