looking for opinions and advice
I want some opinions on dieting pills. I've been maintaining proper calories but managed to plateau for nearly 3 months. My doctor suggested them to try to jump start my weight loss again. Not sure how I feel about it.

logging your activity
I never log my activity because I don't want to eat back the calories I burn. Does anybody else do this? What are your thoughts?

fluctuations
How do you guys deal with fluctuations? I weigh every day though I only record once a week. I don't really count my every day weight seriously but sometimes big fluctuations just get to me. I worry that I've gained and have small freak outs and have to fight the urge to say forget this and quit.
