I sleep perfectly, I use an app that detects disruptions and it's usually 85% - 95% for 8.5 hours a night. I'm much more energetic than I was before I started my diet and my mood hasn't changed. The app set my goal to under 1,200 so I try to leave some extra in case I'm weighing things wrong or get hungry unexpectedly. I guess my question is, if I feel great and I'm not going out of my way to not eat when I'm hungry is 1,100 ok?
