I'm 4'11" Lost 10lbs already (been at this weight for 2 years) Looking to lose 5 lbs... And it's hard Add me if you want. My calories set at 1,200 a day. I do Pilates / I hate cardio(not good) T__T

I'm 5'0" and at 1,200. I've been on MFP for over a month now. I most of the time a little over 1,200 (I eat back all my calories after workout) I found myself lost very little (1 lb a month) which I'm happy with it. I think if I didn't eat back the calories, I would have lost much more.

I'm 38 4'11" (maybe 5 not sure lol) My weight is up and down between 95-105 Whem I'm at 105 I eat 1,200 to loose and when I'm close to 95 I eat around 1,500(MFP) I feel most comfortable at 95-100. I went under 95 once but didn't feel good so won't go down there again. So I can say I maintain between 1,200-1,500 depends on…

I hear you girl.. I try to stay with the same brand because I know they will fit me. It's sad when see something really nice and none of your size is available! I row my pants up lol
