  • Wow - I'm not sure I could do that calorie level with my current exercise/activity level. But I might have to give it a try and just focus on doing 2 protein shakes a day. Idk- it just sucks. Lol.
  • That includes the protein shakes. I'll Usually do one as a meal replacement one day and maybe a snack another day. Around 24 G protein and 200 cal
