It works for him!

You'll have even more time to burn those calories if you fly through time zones ;-)

I don't have kids, but I'm a very strongwilled person. My nephew is just like me and I seem to be the only one he listens to because I understand how he thinks. As far as rules go, unless I can see good reasoning behind them, I struggle with following them. Once someone explains the WHY, I am able to see how logic applies,…

Forget the mirror. How do you feel? How do your clothes fit? One day I'll look in the mirror and think I look great, the next day I'll cringe at my reflection. I still feel stronger, more fit, healthier, and more confident regardless of what the piece of glass shows me. Maybe your brain will see reality if you stick with…

What did your doctor recommend when you got your diagnosis?

You can lose weight without exercise. Just set your activity to sedentary and eat the calories MFP tells you to eat. Changing how much you eat is what you need to learn to do in order to keep the weight off.

Wow. Better to tell the truth than clog the forums with nonsense.

Congratulations on your engagement AND logging! Welcome :-)

This just blew my mind, makes so much sense! Awesome :-)

Yes, eat before, maybe go light during the day and save achunk of calories for tasting. I always thought a cookie exchange was to take home cookies to share. If there are cookie-eating parties, WHY WASN'T I INVITED?!?!?!

Seems I can't paste here unless I copied from here. Allrecipes slow cooker beef stew I. It was pretty tastay last week :-)
-
Please don't. Not only is there a search function where you can see existing threads on your topic, but there is also The Google. There are such things as stupid questions, they're the ones that are really answered by putting in a little effort yourself and using your brain.

Whatever works for you. I found if I got on the treadmill even minutes after 9pm, I had difficulty getting to sleep (around 11pm). I love being able to workout mid morning, not sure how I'll feel when my schedule changes and it's no longer an option. Do what is sustainable. Even if night workouts dropped weight faster,…

Totally this - it's disturbing, but once those numbers are in my mind, it's easy to only eat half the meal, taking it slow. I'm comfortable going out to eat, most often I look at the menu online before going, then check the nutritional info.

And do people actually stream music for drives? It doesn't eat up your data instantly?
-
This may show just how out of touch I am, but I'll ask anyway. Do you not have any physical CDs you can rip?
-
I understand, physical changes can be scary. Do you lift weights?
-
Another question: what was your grade prior to "all the extra credit"?
-
Accept the grade you earned. Why do you feel asking for a bump from a B to an A- is an option?

Keyboards and Planets - The Bakerton Group.

Cool to know. It's not something I ever considered, do you feel drag when you bike bearded?

This thread motivated me to go out and seriously look at lotions (cocoa butter), it was always whatever was available and I never really felt moisturized. The other day, I picked up Vaseline Intensive Care Cocoa Radiant. Found it on sale; $4 was reasonable to give it a shot. I use it once a day (right after drying off from…

Hahahaha! That was what we'd go through at bedtime with my little man. Totally crazy and sharp bits flailing. Ah, kitten time <3

It was pretty good, the potatoes were so tender, like dense mashed potatoes. A friend suggested Bovril, I'll try using it next time.
-
For some reason it won't paste here, but I tried it elsewhere and it was a link to a slow cooker beef stew recipe. Made that last week...it appears I haven't copied since then.

I prefer chunk light as opposed to solid. Solid is much more dry, I end up needing a lot more mayo to enjoy it. The texture of chunk or flaked is softer, and I believe it's made up of various parts of the fish or even different fishes. That last bit may be totally inaccurate.

The only time I take mine off is when on the rowing machine or lifting weights. They sit right next to my water bottle, otherwise I'd forget them. If you use a locked locker, you could hang it on the hook inside, attach it to your keys, leave it on the shelf - whatever you do, just be consistent, otherwise you will lose…

I cheated on my written CPR test in high school to be able to pass gym class.

You can research it too, rather, you should research it. For aspartame to be dangerous, you'd need to drink a ridiculous number of cans of diet soda a day.

It took a lot of trial and error, there are plenty I tried that are just nasty. It's such a relief to fimd what works, I'm off caffeine, so unsweetened tea is no longer an option for me - it was my go to when out to eat. You're a "supertaster", I'm a "supersmeller" :-)
