What qualifies a food/meal as protein-rich?
I see recipes for "protein-rich" meals, foods, smoothies, etc., but when I see they're 9 grams (or less) of protein per serving, I'm kinda bummed - almost feel deceived. How about fiber? What constitutes a fiber-rich food?

Does your gym have Wi-Fi?
My gym is underground, only place to get reception is at the bottom of the stairs. Sometimes I'll join the Wi-Fi from the restaurant upstairs to check/log MFP. I wonder, though, if other gyms have Wi-Fi for members. If it were available as an add-on (like towel service), would you pay for it?

If not, is it necessary for me to input my strength training, calorie-wise? Or is it just another way to keep track of my lifting progress? I notice my protein requirements jump when I log cardio, but nothing when I log strength.

Isopure - why so gross?
I recently tried a bottle of Isopure (glass bottle, purple drink) and couldn't finish it for the life of me. The taste was okay, but the mouth feel was horrible - instantly made my mouth dry and sticky at the same time. Is this normal or was the stuff expired?

If you tell someone to make themselves at home, do you mean it? When someone says it to you, do you do it or conduct yourself as a guest? I find it difficult to do it because I don't know if they're sincere. I try to minimize my presence, make it so you barely notice I'm there.
