Calculated previous way of eating

So I was doing some thinking about how I used to eat and wondered how many calories I took in before I started to care. I was consuming about twice the calories I am now and not active at all. It's clear how I gained the weight I did. Logging the "fake day" disgusted me, but I'm not there anymore and won't go back.
Has anyone else given this a shot?
