I suffer with arthritis and am gradually losing weight. Had always worked on my food intake and exercise 50:50 but now realise, due to pain and fatigue, that I've got to be stricter with my food intake and not rely so much on exercise to drop the weight. Takes a lot of will power and diversion activities!

Nutribullet drinks with kale and spinach? Struggle to get enough iron but protein too. Lower fat red meat recipes difficult to source. Will try liver though.
