Keep in mind that 40 days is a huge achievement. How strict are you when you're on track? Don't forget to allow yourself some not so clean treats so you don't feel restricted. You got this

Make sure you combine Cardio w/ strength training. Just Cardio can burn muscle. Strength training will help you burn calories while in rest too. Plus it'll help lean you out. Biggest factor is your intake, you can't outwork a bad diet.

I literally lay in bed, devour 4 boxes of fruit snacks while weeping to Biggest Loser makeover week. Its so obnoxious. But I don't let it get me down, its a temporary situation.

Eating less than 1200 calories isn't necessarily unhealthy btw. And I'm sure you're not anorexic. It depends on the quality of the calories. If you're eating a ton of food and its just a low calorie food like leafy greens, its not going to kick you into starvation mode. I'm not a nutritionist but I've done enough research…

I typically only add specific Cardio and eat back a portion. Its pretty difficult to gauge the burned calories for cleaning..

You can always use Nike+Running and it'll be a bit more efficient. They track any elevated areas as well as your pace. I think MFP only documents the steps.

I wish I had this problem hahaha... Calorie dense food is always good. Nuts for example.

Try Nike+Running. It calculates via gps and your pace. Also tracks if you go up hill.

Have something w/ a lot of fiber or protein. Honestly my go-to is the single servings of flavored tuna. 80 calories per pack for most, 150 for a few others. Might have them w/ a few crackers, etc.
