I'm sorry you're feeling stressed. This weightless journey is hard but I know it will be worth it. You just have to want it bad enough. You'll have to make lots of sacrifices and be able to say no. But you are worth it :) don't let little slip ups stop you from reaching your ultimate goal. You can do it!

Yay! I haven't been exercising too much but I would put barely any calories burned so I wouldn't go over. I'm in a very similar situation , although this is my first time logging my calories. I'm deteined to get down to 140. I'm 5'3. We should encourage eachother :) August 30th is a good goal. How many calories are you typically eating in a day now ?

Thanks for the suggestions! I was eating eggs and yogurt everyday for awhile and took a break but I agree with you, they are a great food plus high protein. Popcorn sounds good! I also love chicken. I'll have to make some egg salad. Sounds delicious.

I totally understand. It's a mix of motivation and the preference of using a machine to burn a lot of calories and something in front of me telling me how much I'm burning. I have the Fitbit flex... Having trouble getting it to sync with MFP. It asks for email and password but won't let me change if input wrong one in or forgot it :/

My sister bought mine as a gift on eBay. It was used so it was much cheaper than buying new. Sometimes there's sales and you can find them online cheaper. Just do some research. There's also different kinds to meet different needs. Add me !

It's crazy how many calories some meals at most restaurants can have. I think for most people, not eating out near as much can help a ton.
