Experience from low cals to upping them
ive done 1200 cals and have switched them up to 1350. Now back to 1200. I feel like it's harder for me to lose the weight when I'm at 1200. Anyone experience this and what did you find to be your happy medium? Sorry had to kind of rush this post.
