id like to lift weights and it's become kind of boring lately for me. Mostly, I would like to Weightlift to ensure I'm building some muscle. Any recommendations on building some muscle while not being too repetitive/ boring?

Well, if you're lifting you should be on a program with a progressive overload-meaning you are adding weight every workout or week. It shouldn't be boring. Some structured programs that are great are:
Strong Lifts 5x5
Strong Curves
New Rules of Lifting for Women
Starting Strength
All Pros Beginner Routine
Ice Cream Fitness
If you want to build muscle, add 250 calories to your maintenance. You will also gain fat this way though. Do you know your body fat %?0 -
