You look great! I just started back up with weights. Mostly just doing dumb bells at home. Squats have really helped shape my butt more! The key is staying consistent with diet and weight lifting which I fell off the wagon but I see what difference it helped so I'm sticking with it :) congrats on your weight loss!

Thanks! That was the plan... I've just read so many things about bulking and things to gain muscle but I think I still need to lose more weight before worrying about that.

You can add me! I've been losing the past 3 years slowly. After my divorce I weighed 215. I'm 5'3. I now weigh 154. It's a process but so well worth it! My goal is 125-130. I can't wait to hit it!

How did everyone do on their November challenge? I hit my first goal on my birthday I was so happy!! I'm at 150. Would like to get to 130 and see how I like that weight and size. Hope everyone is smashing their goals! I haven't been logging my food but I'm still watching what I'm eating and the calories.

This is awesome. Almost my exact starting weight and current weight. I'm currently only going to weigh in once a month so I'm not a slave to the scale and I can focus on how I feel and the way I look. Good job!!!

I loved your video about what food you started eating and the switches you made for certain foods you liked. I love dannon oikos Greek yogurt! It's a nice treat for me if I get the regular kind. You have to try lemon meringue. Tastes just like pie :)

This is where I would love to be! Very similar stats :) I'm also 5'3. I think a size 6-8 is a great size. I don't want to be "skinny". I think being strong and fit is sexy. I was wondering what kind of cardio you did if any at all? I'm looking to mainly do strength training at this time.

Looking forward to seeing some results! I just started taking it yesterday. I've seen great reviews and YouTube videos on it. Not sure how I was lead to it but I had to try it for myself :) I'd like to at least see my hair and nails healthier. Thanks for the post.

I feel the same way! But the past is the past and we can't get it back unfortunately. Just know that you have a lot of life left that you can enjoy being in shape. It's never too late to reach your goals.
