Well, that simply isn't true. A calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight. You can lose fat via exercise. Fat doesn't always equal weight.

Amazing app. Helped me run a 5k on Saturday. Stick to it. You'll be amazed at your stamina. If you feel like you can do more, jump ahead a few days.

Sigh. So I've heard. Problem is, I don't want to lose any more weight. Not sure how to go about losing fat around my midsection without dropping additional pounds.
