Green Tea Diet...anyone tried it?
I'm already eating pretty healthy, so I plan on replacing my coffee each day with a cup of green tea. Apparently, it's a great belly fat burner. Can anyone testify to it?

Favorite dessert 'substitute' ?
Most of us have a healthy alternative to turn to when that sweet tooth starts to kick in. What is your go-to snack when you're ready for sweets? Personally, mine is apples and peanut butter.

Great drink at Starbucks for post workout
If you're anything like me, when you started your weight loss journey, you pretty much kicked Starbucks to the curb. I miss the hell out of White Chocolate Mochas. HOWEVER, Starbucks has a great drink you could use as a meal replacement, and is fantastic for after a workout: The Chocolate Smoothie. Check out the stats for…

Would losing more weight be unhealthy?
Hi guys. I started out at 200, and know I'm at 182. I'm 6'2" and didn't really want to go below 185. However, I still have a decent amount of fat to lose. Would it be unhealthy to drop to close to 170 pounds at my height?

Why are so many excluding milk from their diet?
I don't get it. I can understand not liking milk, but to exclude it solely because of dieting purposes? Am I missing something. Milk is such an easy way to get in your protein. Fairlife milk provides me with 13 grams of protein per cup. If you love milk, I don't see any reason to stop drinking it.

First 5k tomorrow..any tips?
Hey everyone! I never ever ran. Ever. Even in high school, I was running 12 minute miles, simply because I didn't care. However, since my recent weight loss journey, I've fallen in love with running. I've "trained" for a few months, and I've gotten to the point where I can run three miles in 30 minutes. Not impressive, I…

Gatorade Prime Chews...anyone swear by them?
They seem like a carb-packed gummy cube, essentially. Anyone use them before a cardio or strength workout? What do y'all think of them? Real deal or just a placebo?

Carb Cycling: Has anyone tried it?
Interested in trying out carb cycling...the science behind it makes sense. I've been low carb for a month and want to give my metabolism a run for its money. My questions are... 1) Can anyone here testify to it? 2) Ideally, I would want to do my strength training on high-carb days. However, I love running, and was…

Milk impeding loss of fat?
Hey everyone! I've been very fortunate with my weight loss, as I have lost 15 pounds fairly quickly. However, the belly fat, especially my love handles, aren't disappearing. I've been trying to isolate the issue, and lately I've had doubts about all of the milk I drink. I drink Fairlife milk (about 4 cups a day at least),…
