If you're anything like me, when you started your weight loss journey, you pretty much kicked Starbucks to the curb. I miss the hell out of White Chocolate Mochas.
HOWEVER, Starbucks has a great drink you could use as a meal replacement, and is fantastic for after a workout: The Chocolate Smoothie.
Check out the stats for this bad boy:
320 cals
5g fat
170 mg sodium
53g carbs (a little high for non-workout days)
34 sugars
20g protein
INGREDIENTS: Chocolate, a whole banana, and whey protein. The carbs and sugars might be high, but they're almost derived entirely from the banana.
Best part? It's delicious, and gives you tons of energy. Try it out!

IMO way too low in protein for the calories as a meal replacement. I can get 30g for 160 calories in a chocolate shake.
But whatever floats your boat! If you like it and it fits in your day, go for it. That's half my carbs and almost 25% of my calories.0 -
You could get it with a sugar free syrup instead, and skim milk for even less...and add a scoop of protein, they shouldn't charge for an extra scoop0
