You all gave me great ideas i will try alternate iatmeal with chunks apple + protein And alternate with smoothies . And YOU ARE RIGHT I CHECKED MY MACROS and fat and protein is always less than what I supposed to get is this the reason why I am o hungry? I can add up avocado or coconut oil to my cooking

Can I add that on top of the sweating I also get post runnng headaches and mostly when its hot ? It s not nice .

I use raw vegan plant base protein powder supplement because of my protein deficit as I dont eat meat and no dairy except for 1 glass milk a day. I am always not reaching my protein goal. But they also help me in eliminating sweet cravings so in a certain way (maybe only psycologically) the give me a boost as I like them…

The one i use is protein from plants so no dairy its basically pea quinoa amaranth chia raw sprouted protein if it might help. Not cheap though.

Tell you the truth, i don't eat meat / fish(very rarely)/ cheese (never have) so By looking at my diary I am always under my protein goal. I still have trouble with meeting this goal . I eat eggs lentils beans tofu nuts.

So you got maybe 50 grams pasta? Because today I had 100 g pasta dressed only with 140 g cherry tomatoes,8 grams extra virgin olive oil, Freshbasil And this came out 456 calories .

well I lived and worked and socialized with this person so basically I never left his side. I can guarantee no mythical eater. His father was the same, his son same, his uncle same, his brother same. That is when I was convinced there was no myth.
