No it does not work for me, if I have to eat 80 grams pasta or 1/8 of pizza I'll pass it. Eating a little just want me want more of it and does not satisfy me at all. Does it make sense?

hello, i don't count the water but definitely not drinking too much, I will try to be more accurate and drink more. With that says, also let me tell you that I do not drink anything else from water, no sodas/store juices no alcohol so just water
