Have you tested map my run against a heart monitor gps watch?
I am just curious if anybody has found if map my run is as reliable as a gps heart rate watch. I use mmr and dont use a watch and would like to get as close as possible to effective calorie burned

Odd sugar calculation something's not right
Are sugars all the same? The app gives a flat sugar intake limit although it makes no difference in the type of sugars. If I am not mistaken there is a hell lot of a difference in natural sugar found in fruits which is digested and absorbed in a different way than refined sugars found in processed foods. However app…
