hello thank you for your reply, yes my scale is always there and i weigh everything i also have cups measures and I am also in deficit of calories because I exercise , but all those years i feel like my body is content with this body figure and does not intend to move from there!!!! but I will prevail ! (sooner or later)

Yes that's how I felt too, plus I really hate running get bored even if I listen to music. But i find it effective for me. Plus i always run by myself as i dont want to get dependant from friends. I am still not convinced. Sugars might be all the same but there is a big difference on how the body absorbs glucose and fructose.
