How do i sync my s-health app with MFP?

I completely cut out suger which means bye bye soft drinks and chocolates. I have been having only water and a fruit smoothie. The only side effect I have had since cutting out suger starting 2 weeks ago is pains in the calves for a few days. Feeling alot better too

Im on a lite n easy 1200 calories meal plan so far its going well just had my 2nd week and the food is great. Its just unfortunate i cant log my diary every day because i come in just under 1200 calories every day

I've started lite n easy at the beginning of the year. And so far it has been great. The foods are perfectly sized and the oranges so far have been amazing. I am on a 1200 calories lunch and dinner plan. In saying that has anyone had issues completing an entry on 1200cals?

I've been using lite n easy for a week now which is in Australia. For lunch and dinner. On a 1200cal. The portions are perfect and taste good. As long as the food delivery you use if proving healthy food at a better price then you going out eating everyday and shopping then I would say its worth it.

I possibly am eating more then i think i am especially at dinner time. But may be putting it in wrong on MFP but during my day at work (desk job) i do eat every 2 hours having around 800cal including breakfast. Throughout my work day. My body isnt telling me im hungry. I am trying to stay below 1500 and above 1200cal a day.
