I ate 2100 calories today and didn't work out. I'm annoyed with myself, but it's done. Back at it again tomorrow.

Thanks to TDEE and the MFP community, I just realized that I'm eating about 150 calories less per day (1450 vs 1600) than I should be. Rather than increase it daily, I plan on banking it for the weekend. 2 glasses of wine, dinner and dessert will be guilt free!

Great spreadsheet! Can you explain the surplus calorie calculation? I've been looking for a way to predict future weight aside from where I think it should be ;) I've set my calories to 1,450/day. My TDEE is 1,850. If I only eat 1,400, would my surplus be 50 and add 1,000 to that, or is there another number I'm missing?

I started off getting fitted for the right brand at a running store. Then found that same brand at DSW. It may have been a last year's model, but the fitting of the brand rarely changes. I have always had Brooks shoes.

They sell them at the Vitamin Shoppe stores. You can get them on Amazon too, but I think that's only larger quantities. I may do my next order online, it was that tasty!

I just tried my first Flapjacked Mighty Muffin in maple pumpkin. Omg. So good! Up next is apple cinnamon tomorrow. Best "new" product I've bought in a long time.

Chicken fajitas -chicken cooked in a few tbsp of salsa and fajita seasoning -trader joes frozen onions/peppers (or use fresh and cook) -tortilla -greek yogurt -top with shredded lettuce, cheese or salsa One large fajita/burrito is under 400!

Thanks for all the feedback. Funny, my post yesterday was purely because I was bored/hungry and wanted the excuse to eat, and now you're telling me to and I don't wanna! Lol I know I should be doing the -10%, it's just a little scary eating more when you grew up with the low calorie diet mentality. I'll make the adjustment…

Also, I think it's Blue Bunny, but they have a mini ice cream cone with vanilla ice cream and a caramel swirl that's relatively good on calories. If you want the taste/crunch of a trip to the ice cream shop, I highly recommend it. The trouble is eating just one!

Halo Top gets such great reviews, but I tried several and they all had a weird after taste that I couldn't get past. A few spoonfuls of each and they wound up in the trash. I prefer the Edys Slow Churned thats also mentioned. It's real ice cream and tastes like it to. I go with the plain vanilla.

I ate grilled salmon and asparagus. Then a double helping of garlic mashed potatoes and a double serving of coffee cake. I had every intention of not going overboard, but I did. I'm really glad I went to the gym and ate light earlier. Still, wish I had more will power.

I love Pro Bars. They come in 3 sizes depending in your need. I like that they're not processed and the ratio of 30carbs/20 protein is good for me as well.

I'm right there with you! I get very narrow in my rib cages and it slowly works its way down. Then I get a nice muffin top, and finally the legs. It's annoying, but I don't care what order it leaves in, as long as it leaves :)

Not really new, but I tried the Salted Caramel Chobani flip today and wasn't impressed. Tasted artificial and kind of sour. I eat greek yogurt with berries every morning, but that stuff was nasty. I still have a mocha flip left. I may just toss it out.
