Hi everyone,
I find meal/snack bars to be an easy and convenient go to when I need a quick filler. Ive tried the Atkins bars and I have heard the Robert Irvine crunch bars are good. Which one is the best bar for small meals or post workout snack?

I love Pro Bars. They come in 3 sizes depending in your need. I like that they're not processed and the ratio of 30carbs/20 protein is good for me as well.0
