Maybe add cycling to your running...I added running to my cycling using the C25K app and it is entirely different muscle groups (i.e. - running was much harder IMHO) The thing I do like about running is it does not require nearly as much equipment.

So why do I suddenly have to give PokemonGo permission to access all of my Google account info after the last forced update yesterday? If I do not give it permission (click on DENY) - it kicks me out of the game - or rather shuts down before I can log into the game.

To cut back on cholesterol, I use fewer whole eggs and more egg whites. It still tastes the same, still a lot of protein, just less cholesterol.

Just in case, and because I was so worried about my macro's, and I was afraid to cycle until I got this figured out...I ran 4.35 miles tonight to make calorie room for the bug. So I finally went into town yesterday. There were so, so many Poke-stops! I will have to have my wife drive me (at less than 10 mph) next time as there were sometimes 2 Poke-stops per block. There are none within 3 miles of my rural home...no Poke-critters either.

Cat - no wait... DOG for sure. :) (but we have both and my cats are trained - they stay in one room, on the floor, when the weather is bad or they go outside...cat's figure it out pretty quickly. They also come when I call them)
